Write for Us
Thank you for your interest in contributing to the AI Chronicle. We are on a mission to provide our readers with essential, human-driven insights into the world of Artificial Intelligence.
We are always looking for passionate experts, journalists, researchers, and industry professionals to help us decode the AI revolution. We believe the best stories come from a diverse rangeV of voices. If you have a unique perspective, deep expertise, and a knack for clear, compelling storytelling, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
We are interested in original, well-researched, and thought-provoking content. We value quality over quantity. Your submission should aim to provide the "so what" — the critical analysis that helps our readers understand why a development matters.
We are actively seeking pitches for:
- In-Depth Analysis: Go beyond the headlines. We're looking for data-driven articles that explore the impact of AI on science, policy, business, and culture.
- Expert Opinion: Do you have a strong, well-argued take on a current AI trend, ethical debate, or policy change? We want to hear it.
- Clear Explainers: Can you break down a complex technical concept (like diffusion models, transformers, or federated learning) into a simple, accessible guide for a smart, non-technical audience?
- Real-World Case Studies: We're looking for stories about how AI is being applied (or misapplied) in specific industries. What are the practical challenges and successes?
Our Voice and Style
- Authoritative & Accessible: Write as an expert, but for a broad audience. Avoid jargon where possible; explain it where necessary.
- Evidence-Based: Back up your claims. Link to primary sources, research papers, and credible data.
- Critical, Not Cynical: We are passionate about AI's potential but clear-eyed about its challenges. We want nuanced takes, not just hype or alarmism.
- Ethical: All submissions must adhere to our Ethics Policy.
A Critical Note on AI-Generated Content
In line with our Ethics Policy, we have a strict human-first mandate.
We do not accept submissions that are primarily written by AI.
All articles must be the original work of a human author. You are responsible for the ideas, reporting, and analysis in your piece. Using AI tools for research assistance or proofreading is acceptable, but the writing and core insights must be yours. Submissions found to be AI-generated will be immediately rejected.
What We're Not Looking For
- Press release rewrites or marketing-driven content.
- Promotional articles for a specific product or company.
- Vague, low-substance "thought leadership" pieces.
- Sensationalism, "clickbait," or unverified claims.
How to Pitch Us
Please do not send us a full draft. Start with a pitch. Send an email to info@theaichronicle.eu with the subject line: PITCH: [Your Article Idea]
Your pitch email should include:
- A Working Headline: Be clear and descriptive.
- Your Core Argument: In 2-3 paragraphs, tell us what your article is about and why it matters now. What is your unique angle? What new information or insight will you provide to our readers?
- About You: A brief (1-2 sentence) bio. Why are you the right person to write this piece?
- Writing Samples: Please include links to 2-3 relevant published works.
The Process
We review every pitch we receive. We are a small team, so it may take us 1-2 weeks to respond. If we are interested, we will get back to you to discuss the scope, deadline, and rate.
All accepted articles will go through a collaborative editing process to ensure they meet our standards for clarity, accuracy, and style.
We look forward to hearing your ideas!
